Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Laucian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and a rival would like him out of the picture
