History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Shepherd kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Aelar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
