History: Berrian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Now he works as a painting tutor during his time off.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fivin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fivin. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: Gifted from a young age, Quarion studied abroad. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult
