His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Naeris was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Naeris's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has worked as a Beggar like his mother before him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has achieved small success as a Farmer.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
