History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Eiravel took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
