History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Raer alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
