Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Efferil was born the youngest of three triplets. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
