Description: An older man who is typically in his Detective uniform, he is not a threatening figure. His head has been shaved. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Uthemar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Being a Dilettante kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Aramil was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Aramil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Aramil's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Aramil and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and regain custody of his daughter

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears long strands of ruby and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
