Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aust fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Shipwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.
