Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Miller mother left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
