History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Koeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Koeth. He now mingles about in high society.
