Description: An older man who wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times, he is not a threatening figure. He has no hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
