Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a violet vest and prefers red and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has wavy silver hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Caeldrim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: A 5'2" northern man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erevan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Varis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He uses divination through singing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Varis studied abroad. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Varis managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Aust is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern
