Personality: He is fixated on the number 19. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After months of barely getting by, Ivellios managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
