History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Ruler. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he would like to get married and retire

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Thervan was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fletcher. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
