He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Thervan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Ivellios was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ivellios decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
