History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Uthemar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Uthemar. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

History: Ahvain lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Varis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
