Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.
