History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Naeris was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Soveliss lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Actor mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a shipwright and was forced into it by his family

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Beiro was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fisher. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the east
