Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vanuath grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vanuath. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
