He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

He prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available he will default to his quarterstaff. He has moderate length red hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
