Uthemar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and a rival would like him out of the picture
