Description: He stands about 5'3" and is dressed in an above average manner. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a blue collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Aerdeth and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When Carrie reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Immeral is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Immeral took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He bought a hammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and wants to work out more often
