History: Naill hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mindartis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Slave Trader they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is fixated on the number 96. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Engraver father left him crippled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is wracked by social anxiety
