History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His first spouse was a Fletcher, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Gennal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His childhood dream was to be a Sailor, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Marshal soon after.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult
