He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born in the south to a Barrister, Soveliss learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Soveliss was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Soveliss decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
