After coming to the age of reason, Paelias took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Peren never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Himo is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Himo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage.
