Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A freak accident while working with his Marshal mother left him crippled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
