His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Arannis took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Korfel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
