Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Carrie was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
