Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He very much looks the part of a Map Maker. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Being a Map Maker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Naal embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Being a Map Maker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Halimath lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Theriatis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
