He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length black hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His childhood dream was to be a Bowyer, but he was a colossal failure. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Mortician father left him crippled. He's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Mortician again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
