Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Heian isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Heian was born with his father's beautiful face. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Guard.

He worked as a nervous Mason and found it very stressful. He struck the Mason job and began his own company from there.

History: Heian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
