Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Berrian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a Glassblower first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Glassblower work with an outfit from a few towns over. Glassblower work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Glassblower job and began his own company from there.
