Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Paelias was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother').
