Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erevan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His golden hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: This malnourished man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized violet coat. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Stableman. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
