History: Paelias lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
