Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heian was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Berrian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Berrian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This southern man wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His clothes are grease stained in places. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Theren's homeland. Theren decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has achieved small success as a Bather.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and to be a engraver again
