His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Raer was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thervan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Thervan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact.
