History: He was raised in a island tribe. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Laborer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion.

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Varis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
