History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears dull brown sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed ceremonial dagger, just in case. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Efferil was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Efferil decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
