History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Scribe. History: Mindartis hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Mindartis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Gifted from a young age, Quarion studied abroad. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
