History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has achieved small success as a Blacksmith.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
