History: Uthemar was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
