History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Ahvain was taken on many hunting expeditions. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Ahvain was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dreali grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dreali. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mortician for the past few years.
