History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Assassin, but he was a colossal failure. He now mingles about in high society.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Raer liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
