History: He was born in a small plains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. History: Heian lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Architect father left him crippled. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
