After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aerdeth grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Thervan has worked very hard to control his curse. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption
