History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Heian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He comes from a rich northern family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
