He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a courier and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Rael isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Baker business.
